Cancellations within 5 days of a booking date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 5 days notice will not be eligible for refund. Please select your dates carefully.
The exception to this policy would apply to major natural disasters and global events. If you / your home is caught up in a national emergency, pandemic, border closure or war, a refund is offered on compassionate grounds.
Bookings are settled in full at the time of booking. We look forward to welcoming our lovely guests, and wish only health and safety for us all.
